Speaking to a local NDP riding association in Saskatoon, Dr. McGrane argues that the NDP needs to adopt a model of organizing he calls a "hybrid grassroots/professional party."
Along with his children, Anne and Gabriel, Dr. McGrane calls on federal and provincial governments to invest more money in childcare as part of the Canadian Labour Congress' "Rethink Childcare" campaign.
